60-Minute Online Breathwork for Repeat Breathers
If you have breathed with Lumina Breathwork at least once, choose this option. These live, online group sessions start with a brief review of the breathing technique, and a short, guided meditation to help you come into your body followed by a musical breathwork journey that will last approximately 60 minutes. You are encouraged to join the Sharing Circle afterward to support yourself and others through the sharing of your experience. You are not required to share, but sharing and listening as others share is an excellent way to integrate your experience. Expect this session to last from one and a half to two hours including the Sharing Circle. The Introduction to Breathwork Video is a prerequisite.
